Where can I download OneNumber from?
OneNumber App is currently available on the Google Play Store only. You can search for “OneNumber App” or follow the download link on the website.
Is OneNumber App available on Apple App Store?

How do I register on OneNumber App?
You can simply download the app from the play store and sign up using your mobile number. When prompted, add your basic information.
How do you change your name?
To edit your name, go to ‘My Profile’ screen, click on the edit icon next to your displayed name. Enter the new name you desire and click Name.
How to change profile pic?
To edit your profile picture, go to ‘My Profile’ screen, click on the camera icon next to your displayed picture. If prompted, allow camera access, click/choose the new picture and save.
How to enable/disable location?
To enable/disable the location, go to your settings page. Find ‘Show current location’ and toggle the settings as desired.
How to enable/disable last seen time?
To enable/disable the last seen time, go to your settings page. Find ‘Show last seen time’ and toggle the settings as desired.

How can I edit my OneNumber ID (OneID)?
To edit your OneID, go to the settings page and find OneID. On clicking it, you shall be able to see the OneID which is autogenerated or the one which you saved last time. Click the edit icon, enter the new ID and click Done.
Can I have OneNumber on different devices with the same number?
Yes, you can add to multiple devices with the same number and you get a verification code to that number whenever installed.
Can I change my contact preferences?
Yes. You can set contact preferences for calling, messaging or video. Go to my profile and click the necessary preference you need to change. You can change priority of the apps by dragging the app to the top of the list (or wherever necessary). The priority is set in the descending order i.e the apps on the top are given the most preference.
What does the invite button do?
The Invite button allows you send out an invite to your friends and family. The person who you want to invite to use OneNumber, will receive a link to download the app.
Why do I see two names on a contact?
There are two which will be visible to you. The name on the top is the one depicts how they have saved their contact on their OneNumber app. The name below is the alias name or in other words, the way you have saved their contact name in your address book.

What are archived contacts?
When you don’t want to see a contact and disconnect with them, they are saved in the archived contact list.
What are the apps that I can add to OneNumber?
At the moment, OneNumber allows you to add Mobile Number, WhatsApp, Skype, Facebook, Facebook Messenger, Email, Google plus, Instagram, Landline, LinkedIn, Twitter, Viber and Duo. We are constantly working on adding more apps to the list.
Is OneNumber saving my phonebook contacts on its server?
NO. we give data security a big importance. We don’t save any of your contacts on our servers. We only save the connections you make with other contacts, so that it is easy for you to recover them later at any point. They are saved on your phones only.
Is OneNumber GDPR compliant?
Yes. OneNumber is fully GDPR compliant and will never save or misuse your data in anyway.
How to make Whatsapp your preferred message tool?
You must have WhatsApp added to OneNumber.
1. Click on the profile icon from the navigation below.
2. Go to the Edit from Message preferences and you can find all the added apps for messaging.
3. On dragging the Whatsapp to the top you can make it as your top preferred message app. .
I don't want people to video call me through Messenger?
You must have video option selected for Messenger App.
1. Click on the profile icon from the navigation below.
2. Go to the Edit from Video preferences and tap on the pencil icon across your preferred Messenger id.
Alternatively, you can go the Apps from the top and you can find all the added tools. Tap arrow > across your preferred Messenger id.
3. Tap the selected video icon to disable the video calling option for your preferred Messager id
I want my Instagram to be displayed only to friends and family, not professionally?"
While adding the Instagram, you can make your profile as Friend only.
To change
1. Click on the profile icon from the navigation below.
2. Go to the Edit from Social icons and tap on the pencil icon across your preferred Instagram id.
Alternatively, you can go the Apps from the top and you can find all the added tools. Tap arrow > across your preferred Instagram id.
3. Check your preferred Instagram id is selected with Friend option only if not, deselect the other options and make the selection as Friend only.
4. Tap the tick mark when you're finished.
Can I add my registered what’s app no. to OneNumber app without verification?
No, you can’t add your registered what’s app no. to OneNumber until the provided Otp is entered and gets verified immediately.
Can I use this app offline?
If the other person’s preferred tool is a normal call and a normal messaging then this can be done through this app offline. All the other features of this OneNumber work online. So, this app best suits Online.
How can I delete the previous Facebook account linked to this mobile?
1. Tap profile icon from the navigation below.
2. You can go the Apps from the top and you can find all the added tools.
3. Tap with the arrow > across the Facebook, you find the delete icon in the bottom.
4. On tapping it, you get a confirmation message of deleting the tool and tap ok and your Facebook tool gets deleted from your OneNumber.
How can I add a single number for both professional and personal use?
While adding the Mobile Number, you can make your profile as both Friend and Work.
To change
1. Click on the profile icon from the navigation below.
2. Go to the Apps from the top and you can find all the added tools. Tap arrow > across your preferred Number.
3. Now select both the Friend and Work options.
4. Tap the tick mark when you're finished. Now your Number is visible to your personal and professional contacts.
