OneNumber App is a product of Intelligent Apps Ltd. (“us”, “we”, or “our”). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the App.
OneNumber is strongly committed to the security and protection of personal information of our Users and their contacts. By using the App, User (“you”) agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Information Collection And Use
We do not collect any Personal Information from you or related to you without your approval, which is obtained, inter alia, through your active acceptance to the Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
When registering to the App, you will be asked to provide his/her mobile number, which will be used in order to personalize his/her use experience, of the app in order to stay in touch with all other Contacts in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.
The User may additionally grant the App with certain access permissions to information stored on his/her device’s address book, regarding the User’s contacts. Such information may also include contact information stored locally by the User. Such information will not be collected by us and will only be stored locally on the User’s device, and may be utilized in order to use additional features of the App reliant upon such permissions.
The User may voluntarily provide us with certain access permissions to his/her other Contacts Numbers, What`s Numbers, Mail ids, Skype Ids, Viber Number, Facebook account, Twitter name, Instagram Usernames, Messenger Id as made available by the User through OneNumber App. However, such information is collected by the Company and may be processed & saved on Server so that you can share it selectively with OneNumber contacts.
OneNumber Server gets information about you and doesn`t store your contacts. You invite a contact and that contact goes to the server and on installing the app the other contact can create their own profile and can get connected with you through OneNumber.From your Contact Listings, OneNumber Contacts and the invited contacts are being saved in OneNumber Server.
The User may also grant us with certain access permissions to his/her existing Contacts or Social Apps to be in public mode and thereby that information gets displayed to all the OneNumber people. However, such information can be changed by the user with the modes available in OneNumber.
The user may upload his/her profile picture to their resp. OneNumber account. The image gets displayed publicly. We don`t provide any download option to your picture.
Finally, the User may voluntarily provide us with any other Non-personal and Personal Information, such as certain contact information provided by the User when contacting us (and any additional information related to such contacts), and/or other information related to actions performed by the User in connection with the App.
Age
To use the App, you must be over the age of sixteen (16). The Company does not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of sixteen (16) and does not wish to do so. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any stage so that we can verify that persons under the age of sixteen (16) are not using the App. In the event that it comes to our knowledge that a person under the age of sixteen (16) is using the App, we may prohibit and block such User from using the App and will make all efforts to promptly delete any Personal Information with respect to such User.
Searching
You can search contacts mapped to OneNumber and their profile picture and name gets displayed. No contacts or social app details get displayed until the user choose their contacts/apps as a Public mode.
We don`t provide any download option to your profile picture. However, we do not and cannot guarantee that unauthorized access will never occur.
Searching can be done with a specific name or specified profession or business name. Number search is not possible unless that number is chosen as Public by the concerned user.
OneNumber App Locations
Mobile app Locations – Please note currently OneNumber app is only available in USA, UK, Malaysia and India. We are working hard to make our app available in other countries.
Security
Our primary concern is the security of the App and our Users` Personal Information.
We do not take all your local device contacts to the server.
The user can add each and every contact/app to OneNumber with the provided modes (“Public,” or “Work,” or “Friend”) to make proper contact visibility.
On search with OneNumber Contacts, you can access only the public mode data provided by the concerned user. Data displayed is completely user-sourced.
Sharing Information with Third Parties
We don`t share or sell any information without explicit concern of user except in the following cases:
to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process, subpoena or governmental request;
to enforce this Privacy Policy and/or the Terms and Conditions, including investigation of potential violations thereof;
to detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues;
to respond to User’s support requests or other correspondences;
to respond to claims that any use of the App violates the rights of third-parties;
to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Company, any of its Users, or the general public;
when Company is undergoing any change in control, including by means of merger, acquisition or purchase of all or substantially all of its assets;
to collect, hold, process and/or manage your Personal Information through Company’s authorized third party service providers (for example, Analytics platform), as reasonable for business purposes, which may be located in a country that does not have the same data protection laws as your jurisdiction;
pursuant to your explicit approval prior to the disclosure; or
to cooperate with third parties for the purpose of enhancing the User’s experience.
Third Party Software/Service
The App may utilize certain third-party software and/or service, in order to collect and/or process the information detailed herein. Such software includes without limitation, Analytics.
The App may offer you links to certain Third Party Services’ applications installed on your device, through which you may further interact with your mobile contacts. Please be advised that such Third Party Services are independent of Company, and may collect non-personal and/or personal information about you. We assume no responsibility or liability whatsoever with regard to privacy matters or any other legal matter with respect to such Third Party Services. We encourage you to carefully read the privacy policies and the terms of use of such Third Party Services, as their terms, not ours, will apply to any of your interactions with or through such Third Party Services.
Deleting the OneNumber App Account
We remove all your data from OneNumber server, including your contacts, social ids and mappings of your contact listings of OneNumber App.
Changes To This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy is effective as of 01st of April, 2018 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.
We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Service after we post any modifications to the Privacy Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgement of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.
If we make any material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you either through the email address you have provided us or by placing a prominent notice on our website.

Terms And Conditions
These are our terms and conditions for use of the OneNumber App. OneNumber app (“OneNumber,” “our,” “we,” or “us”) is a Contact Network which allows Users (“Users,” or “you”) to connect forever with people in your life in their preferred way and access their latest contact information. However, by downloading, installing, accessing or using OneNumber, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you no longer accept these terms and conditions, or any future modification to these terms and conditions, you must cease using the OneNumber App. Continued use of the OneNumber indicates your continued acceptance of these terms and conditions. If for any reason, we believe that you have not complied with these terms and conditions, we may, at our sole discretion, cancel your access to the registration areas of our app immediately and without prior notice. We may terminate your registered account, at our sole discretion, by emailing you at the address you have registered stating that the agreement has terminated.
Registration – You must register OneNumber by providing your current mobile number which gets verified with a token.
Termination of registration – If you no longer wish to have a registered account, you may terminate your account by disconnecting from OneNumber App.
Consent – By installing, accessing or using the app you hereby allow the App to access your contacts. Users of our app may be permitted to add their contacts and social profiles in various areas of our app with your prior consent.
You acknowledge and agree that when you display your content on OneNumber or view content provided by others, you are doing so at your own discretion and risk, including any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, of that content. The type of information we collect, policies & practises are described in our Privacy Policy. If you are under 16, you confirm that you have the permission of your parent or guardian to submit content.

Third Party Services & Components – The Services may contain third-party apps, links to external content provided by third party websites and services that are subject to Open Source. Such third-party content, websites and services may be subject to the respective third party terms and conditions and OneNumber will not be liable for any such third-party content, websites or services. Furthermore, your right to use such Third Party Components as part of, or in connection with, the App is subject to any applicable acknowledgements and license terms accompanying such Third Party Components, including those contained in their respective Open Source Licenses or related thereto. By accepting the terms and conditions, you also accept the terms and conditions of the Open Source Licenses.
Disclaimer of liability – We will not be liable for any loss caused as a result of your doing, or not doing, anything as a result of viewing, reading to the OneNumber Content or any part of it. You can access other profiles via links from OneNumber app. These profile sites are not under our control and we are not responsible in any way for any of their contents. We give no warranties of any kind concerning the OneNumber App. Although we will do our best to provide constant, uninterrupted access to the OneNumber app, we do not guarantee this. We accept no responsibility or liability for any interruption or delay.
Changes to The App – OneNumber reserves the right to modify, correct, amend, enhance, improve, make any other changes to or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the App (or any part or functionality thereof) without notice, at any time. In addition, you hereby acknowledge that the functionalities included in the App may be changed, extended or reduced in terms of content and form or removed at any time without any notice to you. You agree that Company shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the App (or any part or functionality thereof).
Changes to these terms and conditions – Please note that we may change these terms and conditions from time to time at our sole discretion and we reserve the right to do without your consent. Any revised terms and conditions will be applicable at the time of posting on the OneNumber App & Site. Please ensure that you review these terms and conditions regularly as you will be deemed to have accepted a variation if you continue to use the OneNumber app after it has been posted.
Governing law & jurisdiction – These terms and conditions are governed by English law and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, provided that use of the OneNumber in the UK is governed by Section below entitled Governing Law & Jurisdiction.
Limitation of liability – YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE, IN NO EVENT WILL ONENUMBER OR ITS AFFILIATES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS, BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT LOSS, DAMAGE, COST, EXPENSE OR LIABILITY OF ANY KIND (“LOSS”) ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE AVAILABILITY, USE, RELIANCE ON, OR INABILITY TO USE THE ONENUMBER APP, INCLUDING (WITHOUT LIMITATION): (i) DAMAGES FOR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS AND OTHER PROFITS, LOSS OF PROGRAMS, COST OF REPLACING EQUIPMENT OR SOFTWARE OR LOSS OF RECORDS, INFORMATION OR DATA, LOSS OF USE OF DATA, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF CUSTOMERS, LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO REPUTATION, LOSS OF CAPITAL, DOWNTIME COSTS, LOSS UNDER OR IN RELATION TO ANY OTHER CONTRACT, OR LOSS OF ANTICIPATED SAVINGS OR BENEFITS; (ii) ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS; OR (iii) ANY LOSS ATTRIBUTABLE TO ERRORS, OMISSIONS, OR OTHER INACCURACIES IN THE GUARDIAN SITE. THE EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY IN THIS SECTION 17 APPLIES EVEN IF GUARDIAN SHALL HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS. BECAUSE SOME STATES OR JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR PARTICULAR KINDS OF LOSS, IN SUCH STATES OR JURISDICTIONS, GUARDIAN’S LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW (THEREBY MINIMIZING GUARDIAN’S LIABILITY TO YOU TO THE LOWEST AMOUNT THAT APPLICABLE LAW PERMITS).
